The first strain someone can name

Fadestyle is the first player to discover one of the 684 generated strains. The right to name it is theirs.

Breeding it is the feat. The name can be given later, from the Weedtimes Mag app on the in-game phone, and the strain stays without a name until it is.

The first to discover it names it

BreedToSeed can produce 723 strains. Its makers named 39. The other 684 are made by crossing parents nobody curated, and the first player in the world to breed one names it - permanently, in everybody's game.

Every post below is a record of something that was logged: a player, a strain, a time, and the permanent name if one has been given. Nothing is written ahead of the event, and nothing is rewritten after it.

A strain reads "??? x ???" until both of its parents have been bred by somebody. That is why the strain list fills in blocks: one discovery can make dozens of recipes readable at once.

A line report is the other half of this. Discovering a strain first is a race and happens once; growing one strain on, generation after generation, is open to anybody who arrives late.
